I was quite anxious about being clueless regarding labor and delivery but after taking the classes with Effie, I feel much better. She is very knowledgeable, all the classes were highly informative, interactive and fun. I would recommend taking these classes with Effie to all expecting first-time mamas. It's worth the investment!

Everything was explained to us in an informative yet informal way, much like a conversation with a very knowledgeable friend. All viewpoints and questions were respectfully and informatively discussed and answered.
We chose the all day weekend class and it just flew by! Great job, Effie, and thank you !! -

Effie creates a really fun, interactive and comfortable environment and we walked away with so much knowledge for our upcoming birth and baby care. This class is a MUST for all expecting mama's, you won't be disappointed!

(October 3, 2018, 11:34 am)My husband Edwin and I attended Effie's class in my eighth month of pregnancy, and we highly recommend it. The course covered all the bases in terms of things first-time parents need to know: labour positions, exercises to ease labour, postpartum depression and other similar issues, breastfeeding, etc etc. Effie's casual teaching style allows you to feel comfortable asking questions and for clarification. I went into this course dreading the labour process and am happy to say I came out of it being a lot more confident and ready for the ordeal ahead.
We highly recommend New Life Prenatal and can confidently say you will get your money's worth and not be disappointed!
