  About what you would expect from a fast food Mexican place.
  Extra sticky tables, hard to understand the staff, food is not the healthiest - just as expected.

  I usually love Mucho Burrito but this has to be, by far, the worst location i've ever been too. The veggies were overcooked and they had this awful taste to it that I cannot forget. Honestly, it was the worst burrito I've ever had. Don't go to this location. The other locations are far better.

  The owner reached out to me and offered me another burrito. This time the burrito was actually good. I’m not sure what was wrong last time but this time around I left pretty satisfied.

  Outstanding place to grab quick bite to eat very clean organized friendly owner. I come here whenever I am close to area. I had the delicious vegetarian medium burrito.

  Great food, love the burrito bowl and the new look!
  
  The portions are very random though, sometimes you get a well balanced bowl other times you get a bunch of rice, some beans and Minimal meat. Also was offered to be charged for a mucho when I asked for more meat, which is fine but really wasn’t at all that much more meat it was just a slightly more padded regular for an extra 2-3$
  
  Other than that, it’s an amazing place to eat when you get a consistent bowl!

  Just continue to hire enthusiastic staff, and make sure that if you do charge extra for toppings, which isn’t a crime or problem, but don’t give the opportunity or buyers remorse.
  
  Extra is always a hard sell, so if you do require extra, make sure the customer feels the extra.

  Visit often, usually at least once a month. Have never had a problem with the service or the food. Food has always been great. When the vegetables in the bin have been sitting for a while, the person behind the counter will ask and cook more fresh vegetables for you without you having to request it from them. If you’re expecting McDonald’s prices here, no. Mucho burrito locations are definitely more expensive. But for fresher, tastier food that will fill you up, the price is well worth it.
