Been going here for many years. Honest quotations, quick work (repairs and resizing). Quirky selection. I was there last week to have a battery replaced on a Swiss watch that I didn't have an appropriate caseback wrench for: done in 3 minutes, and charged me less than the retail cost of the battery itself (they use Swiss Renata batteries for replacements). There are only 3 jewelers/horologists in the GTA I recommend, and Metropolitan is one of them (and it's closest to me).
