(March 20, 2021, 4:23 pm)I have been getting my taxes done from Mastorah for over 4 years now and I must say she makes me feel super welcomed as a customer hence she has become not only my go-to person for taxes but also my family's!!
She listens to my concerns and takes out the time to review my papers. She is extremely thorough, responsible and trust-worthy! She doesn't leave money owned on the table and carefully applies credits that I am entitled to.
Even after my taxes are done, I bother her during the year to re-send me the information if I have misplaced it and she ALWAYS replies back promptly and solves my concern. -
