(July 28, 2020, 12:33 am)Mike was very accommodating and helpful in our couch purchase, even allowing the couch to be modified from the feet to be taller. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The couch is quite comfy, the leather is good quality!

I recently brought a dresser from them, and I could not be more impressed by its quality and their attentive customer service. Mike took the time to show me the dressers on the catalogue and made sure I knew what I'm buying, from the wood species to the type of finishing so I could make an informed decision. There was no rush or pressure to make a purchase, which made the experience even more pleasant.

(March 11, 2020, 12:20 am)We purchased a mattress quite a few years ago. Eventually the mattress started to under-perform. Manorhouse was nice enough to fight the manufacturer for a prorated credit amount, so we could buy a new one.
They delivered the new selection promptly, but unfortunately we weren't comfortable with the new selection. We simply made an error when picking the replacement, and it didn't suit our needs. Bending over backwards, Mike arranged to have us select a THIRD mattress! This is our second night with it and its PERFECT! Delivery drivers are great and patient. And so are Mike and Richard. Thank you guys !!! -

(January 1, 2020, 10:28 pm)This place is amazing! Mike and Richard are great to work with. The price of delivery and installation is also very well worth it. Also the guys doing the delivery were very professional and took their time to do it right. We purchased a leather sectional, bedroom set, mattress, coffee table and we are in the process of purchasing our dining room set. We are like everyone else and shopped around to compare prices, which they also advise you to do. The prices at Manorhouse are basically unbeatable. You have to make an appointment to go in but they are very accommodating so call first. It's worth taking a look at. They take pride in quality and price, that is why we are returning customers.
