It just so happened that I interacted with the same make-up artist on every visit. She was very pleasant, very knowledgeable about their products and make-up in general. She also gave me some fantastic tips that I've been using ever since. Her make-up was always impeccable and she was sincere in her compliments and advice. Her colleague told me her name is Santasha aka 'Sanny'. Thank you so much Santasha! It's professionals like you that help give companies a great reputation! And as always the MAC products are superbe!

Also adjusted the price of something I previously purchased at full price but was now on sale. Good reccomendation and suggestions when I was unsure of what I wanted.
