(July 14, 2020, 2:12 pm)Services are great for this location. They are not enforcing social distancing guidelines mandated by health professionals or the City of Toronto public health. Requires more space and staff to handle influx of patience.
As clients line up outside the clinic, there isn't any signage that states anyone with an appointment will be served in order. There is no signage stating an employee will periodically come out to check with clients who are lined up for their appointments. This lack of communication is inherent of subpar human health services in Scarborough.
Unfortunately, this process is inefficient and unsafe for the clients and the neighbouring community.
Parking is 4$. -

(July 2, 2020, 3:46 pm)Staff were professional, friendly and very efficient. I suggest making an appointment. $4 flat fee to park in the parking lot. I noticed many cars parked on the side road that leads to the parking lot, but you might get a ticket/towed for that.
