  Great shop, have been a long time customer since their first location. I take all my 3 vehicles here and this place has never let me down. They do everything and I don’t ever need to go anywhere else. The new shop is a great improvement and it really stands up to their standards of always improving. I will continue to refer all my family and friends here as they have always thanked me for introducing them to this place. Keep up the good work and best of luck in your new location.

  Amazing service! Great price! I moved to the city not too long ago and I don’t know anything about cars! My car broke down and a co-worker recommended I go here. Best referral I could have gotten. I normally feel nervous and intimidated walking into mechanic shops, but not here! The front desk guy Eric explained everything in detail to me and the mechanic Mark, even brought me into the shop to show me exactly what was wrong with my car and explained what he was going to do to fix it. I have never had such great service. The prices were very reasonable and my car has been running like new. This will be my mechanic for life. Thank you Level Auto!

  Went to Level Auto because I had a noisy front end. They found out that one of the parts I had was defective. This whole time I was blaming the other shop in Mississauga for doing something wrong. See I ordered cheap parts online to lower my car , they were used . The head guy at Level Auto told me it's not the other shop fault. I feel bad that I burned my bridge with them .I can admit I made a mistake..but I made new friends at Level Auto.
  They are extremely knowledgeable the shop is clean also everyone was friendly the oversized salt water fish tank was a pleasure to look at, felt right at home .
  I think I have found my new favorite shop at Level Auto it's a little drive from Mississauga but..I go there with a peaceful mind knowing that I won't have to worry about anything.
  
  So thanks you guys I don't know if you will even read this .. but I have to give credit where it's due.

  Great job on my car, i think i have found my new repair shop, i use to take my car to the dealer, prices are really good compared to what i payed at the dealer. The technicians took time to show me my car issues and explained everything and gave me an estimate. The service is proffesional and the job is done right the first time. They even fixed my exhaust leak from my flex pipe at a fraction of the cost of what i was quoted at the dealer. Will be returning to install my winter tires in a few weeks.
