I find the price a bit expensive for the quality and the not so good return policy. Their return policy isn't so great so you have to be sure you get the right one you want.

(September 13, 2020, 6:10 pm)Today I was served by Bobby and this was my first time shopping for a wedding suit LOL. She was really open to telling me where I needed to find what I was looking for, and she helped out pick a really great look. She provided some amazing customer service skills, and she makes me want to come back to the Chateau for my next fancy shopping spree. It was just overall very comforting, when I honestly expected a suit shopping scene being a bit more stressful LOL.

(August 5, 2020, 1:39 pm)I always shopping here. Store manager is so friendly, patience and helpful. I was confused about my shoe size 7.5 or 8. but she gave me other shoe to try to make sure my perfect size before process online transaction. Amazing friendly lady.

(November 1, 2019, 5:52 am)Katie was so kind and patient with me. She's so professional and yet so friendly. She should be promoted to a manager position of she isn't one already. And Le Chateau's shoes are excellent, especially the leather ones. I'm sure their dresses are too, though I'm yet to try them.
