Great experience! I ordered a lovely stoneware french press and four stoneware mugs at a great price. They shipped out and arrived quickly. Upon receiving the items, I noticed one of the mugs was cracked. I notified the seller and they immediately sent a replacement mug to me. Highly recommend!

I recently purchased a set of dishes from Kitchen Smart. The dishes were excellent quality however one plate did have a slight defect. I emailed Kitchen Smart and got an immediate response. They are shipping a replacement plate including tracking info. This was my first experience with Kitchen Smart but I will definitely be shopping on their website again!

I ordered a couple days ago and noticed that my order was showing as 'unfulfilled' on the website, so I gave them a call since the order was for a gift and I wanted to make sure it arrived in time. Franca was so helpful - they were waiting to restock a couple of items that I had ordered and she worked with me to find suitable substitutes so that they could ship my order right away. Very impressed with the great customer service.
