  Two weeks ago, I took my 87 year old mom to get new hearing aids. Ben was easy to talk to, understood her needs and recommended aids within her budget without any pressure to buy something more expensive. She got the hearing aids this week and is adjusting to using it but Ben is able to see her again early next week to help her to be more comfortable learning how to insert it properly.

  This clinic has great service and they are fast. They are able to service my hearing aids fast with a loaner to provide as well. The customer service is great no concerns receptionist and audiologist are good people. They even offered home visit it took some time to book because they are really busy however, most great places are busy.

  Benjamin Chan is an excellent audiologist he promised to provide home visit if needed and he did. My mother required many home visit due to her health and he provided home visit all the time. My mother and father has been wearing hearing aids for many years and Benjamin was able to provide much better service compared to the previous clinic. I recommend him 100 percent. No issues or concerns.

  The audiologist at this clinic is a very nice person and easy to deal with. I have been using hearing aids with this clinic for 4 years and every time I had an issue or concerns it would be resolve in a timely mannner. The audiologist even offered home visits when my mother was in the hospital and did not charge me extra. This clinic in my eyes is exceptional. I have referred my entire family and they all feel the way I do!
