My tire was completely flat when I came out of work today and I drove it right to John's service station and premier auto. This was my first time there. Kunar greeted me as soon as I came in and saw how flat my tire was. I told him I was in a rush and had to get home to pick up my kids, so he quickly put air in my tire and made sure I wasnt going too far. Even though they hadn't had lunch yet and were about to go eat, he was willing to help me out and put another tire on my car. I told him I would come back with my kids. I came back about an hour later and he found a winter tire for me and replaced it free of charge. Turns out I had a nail in my tire. I have never had such great service from a mechanic before. He didnt try to make money off of me but rather, he just wanted to help me out. Mechanics usually have a bad reputation and cannot be trusted but after this experience, it has completely changed my perspective. I will now be going to this service centre for all my car needs. Thank you once again to Kunar and his team for helping me out when I was in distress. You guys saved me and have earned my trust and my business. I am so grateful!
