He fixed my machine and is very nice. He did his work in a timely fashion so I have noting to complain about.
Great service - would be better if they took the time to explain things.
These guys know their sewing machines! I brought mine in and within 45 mins it was repaired. They even had suggestions of minor modifications to improve the usability of my machine and recommended a more appropriate transformer for my european model. Very helpful, and super fast service. I highly recommend Johnny's Sewing Machine for good honest service.
