From start to finish they were very professional and gave me what I wanted in a short period of time, it was done in a week, just in time for her birthday! It came out amazing and she is super thrilled with how good it looks on her wrist. I will definitely be doing business with them again 😌

The staff i communicated with were extremely friendly, supportive and accommodating to the price range i gave them. They were always responsive right away, and gave me lots of ideas of what i can do with the budget i gave them. They were incredibly understanding as well as efficient when it came to time management and product perfection. I absolutely loved the way my jewelry came out, and would rate the item and customer service 10/10. I will definitely come back to this business in the near future for the rest of my purchases. I had a great experience and especially during covid, they made things easier by providing professional, safe and excellent service, in which i got my jewelry well in advance! Very happy with my overall experience here!
