Ital Vital

My son drove all the way from Vaughan to buy this food and he bought me an entree to try. If I can get vegan food this delicious I will give up meat for sure. Yum yum yummmmy???????

My friend and I went to Ital Vital for dinner. Unfortunately it was almost closing time, so the choices were limited. The server was friendly, and kind. He explained what he had to offer us. We both had the small n the potion was reasonable. The food was delicious n packed with flavor. We both had a smoothie different flavor n again to die for. I will definitely eat there again. Next time we will go earlier, so we can pick and choose what to eat. There are a few fully vegan places to eat in Toronto, so it is good to have one in Scarbo where the food it very good. Thx Ital Vital. Keep up the great job by providing healthy, delicious food.

If you're a vegetarian or don't feel like consuming meat, this is the place! Very tasty and satisfying!

Love love love their food. Now they have an option to add extra- plus they have these amazing homemade drinks that are wicked!

Did I mention they take debit/credit now and the amount of food given is SO WORTH the price
