(August 17, 2020, 6:24 pm)Great experience in person only. I purchased an orbital hand sander online, and it took awhile to arrive. The bag attachment was missing. It shipped from this location so I tried phoning but got no answer. I drove 25 min to get there and met Kaeden at Returns who was immediately welcoming and directed me to the correct department. There was no one there. LUCKILY, I found Jean up on a ladder. Turns out he's the manager. He got me the part, tested it to be sure everything worked, and I was in and out of there within 10 min.

(July 18, 2020, 12:58 pm)I had a great experience with Rona buying Gazebo (Pergola) from the seasonal department. I selected the floor model as that was the last piece left for that model and i really wanted to take it yesterday with me. Usually any store will take approx. 5-7 days to uninstall it but Matt and his team did a great job getting it uninstalled for me on the same day and were very courtious and helpful. Keep up the good work guys. This is a perfect example of a good customer service.
