  My mother and I have been customers of Heritage Ford Sales on Kingston Rd for a number of years now. The sales and service staff there is terrific and they always take wonderful care of us. It is a pleasure to deal with them... in fact we go out of our way (across town)! Dealership manager Bill Aitken is a gem!

  There are many choices of dealerships to choose from and since Heritage was referred by a friend up until the deal closed has been a great end to end experience. Eric and Steve were a pleasure to deal with. Very professional, respectful to the customer’s situation and no pressure. The deal closed because it ended up a win/win scenario.

  I took my F150 in for 18 month service and to address a recall situation. The Service staff were fantastic!!! I was seen immediately, car booked in promptly and efficiently and i was on my way very shortly. They gave me a 3-4 hour window to complete what had to be done...and they were spot on! Every other dealership I have dealt with had been way over the promised time...and as a result I had no ride to return. They sent the shuttle for me, who again arrived right on the time promised. This entire experience was a delightful surprise. Even picking the vehicle up, the inside staff were relaxed and pleasant and couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant to deal with!!! Great Service Team at Heritage Ford....They will have my business from now on. Thank you everyone

  Always and Amazing experience with the service department. I came in for an oil change I have delt with Sylvia twice now and she has amazing customer service . And I met Lee Daniel today and answered all my questions very polite. I won't go to any other place. these guys they are the best. THANK YOU

  I am so happy that I found heritage ford. Amazing service and I felt like family and knew I was in the right hands with a dealership I can trust. They found my f150 very quickly. I am sending everyone I know in emergency services to your dealership. No pressure and no harrasing from heritage ford. Even meet the owner and he is the nicest person along with his gm and sales manager and sales reps. Had a quick chat with service and everyone was amazing. Keep doing what you are doing heritage ford!!!!!
