(May 2, 2019, 1:26 am)Old ish chinese run haircutting place in the east end Eglinton/ Kennedy for the whole family. I asked a guy who was abt to leave after his haircut to determine if I shld try this place out. He got a really short around his head cut skin head sides. His layer of top hairs was dyed blond & cut or even out cut. It was kind of long still but on April 25th. Temps was 13°C days dropped to 2°C night w/ cold winds. My cut was disappointing ok, but, I thought she chld have done a better job, it was near closing, so maybe she was not as passionate with my cut.
