  Restored a yellowed gown to a lovely cream colour. Customer service and communication was excellent and the staff were all very passionate about fabric and gown restoration. I am very pleased with the service I received!

  Nadine and everyone at Grace Gown was extremely forthcoming and honest. They included minor repairs in their cleaning service. The fees were very reasonable, especially given the quality of work. Would recommend to anyone.

  Grace is one of the kindest people you will ever meet. I found Grace Gown Care online and after reading the great reviews. Everyone in the shop was really responsive and professional. I'm pleased with the preservation process outcome, and I felt cared for along the way. Would recommend to any brides looking for this service!

  Grace and Nadine were an absolute dream to work with. Even after my wedding, every interaction I had with this wonderful family made me feel like a bride. They treated my wedding dress as if it was their own and the quality of their work cannot be beat. If you have any concerns before or after your wedding regarding your dress I'm sure they can help. I drove all the way from Bowmanville and I do not regret my choice! Thanks so much Grace and Nadine :)

  I had the absolute best experience with Grace Gowns! I was nervous bringing my dress in because it was quite dirty from getting married at a winery and I thought I had waited too long to clean it (over a year). My dress also had many buttons down the back and multiple layers of different materials, including lace. But this proved to be an easy task for Grace Gowns! The first meeting, the wonderful Nadine explained both the cleaning and preservation processes to the point where I had no reservations about leaving my dress in her hands. Nadine was communicative and accessible by email always and although she said it was going to take a few weeks, my dress was ready sooner than expected. Absolutely happy with the services I received and will be recommending them to all the brides I know.
