Been here a few times. Staff are friendly, fast workers (typical in traditional Chinese restaurants).

Can get packed during peak hours but still a slight amount of space between tables so you can hear your own conversation lol.

Did not go to washroom so no comment on that.

Price is reasonable - xl + special items can get pricey if you order too many.

Tea was delicious and nice because they have someone come around with hot water to check on you so you don't have to wave anyone down (unless it's really busy)

Food was good - no complaints. Came hot and made to order. Portions were good - not too large but not small either.

Our recommendations : shrimp chive cake, steamed spare ribs, stuffed eggplant, pan fried pork/veg bun, steamed pork stomach, tendon, and anything mango for dessert.

I would say they have the best dim sum in Toronto. Great food, friendly waitstaff and warm atmosphere.

Good, clean and presentable Chinese food. Restaurant gets busy at dinner. Make reservations. Dim Sum is also good at this restaurant. Above average price for above average quality.

Good food, average price, not crowded. They have one price for all if you order before 11am on weekday mornings. Good for singles or groups. It's comparatively newer than most Chinese restaurants.
