The establishment had 3 people ahead of myself, and I had waited roughly 15 minutes. I had my hair cut by the owner of the shop, he listened to me, was friendly and professional. He was a little conservative on the length of the cut but you can tell he is passionate and enjoys cutting hair which is always a plus. He ensured he did a good job, took his time and tripled back to ensure he didn’t miss anything.
