(March 16, 2020, 4:41 am)Sometimes I think there’s an easier way of doing something in person than over the phone (in addition to getting out of the house), only then to find out that the store can’t fulfill my request because of privacy policies.
So, I’m here to make an address update at a franchise dealer to my cellphone service and I’m asked to call the Corporate Customer Service line.
Oh well, at least the gentleman was nice and I should have known better.
The walk wasn’t a total waste because I had a chance to browse the new hardware displayed and comparison shop. -
