(June 5, 2016, 3:30 pm)Chantal is a skilled communicator and instructor who spends the time to teach the yoga positions. Her gentle manner and watchful eye can immediately detect when a correction or re-alignment is required. Although the classes are specialized for golfers, the sessions are focused on the yoga practice and my individual ability and now a part of my regular wellness routine.

Chantal has taught me so much about the restorative benefits of breath and relaxation. I'm am not a golfer so if you are thinking that because you don't golf this is not for you - think again! Thank you Chantal for always helping me calm

(June 1, 2016, 12:26 am)Very centralized and easy to access location. Lots of parking. Studio is located on second floor and is very peaceful with its soft lighting. Add great teachers to the mix and you have a recipe for a wonderful yoga experience! Will definitely go back!

(May 28, 2016, 2:12 am)I attend the Tuesday night "Gentle Yoga" classes on Tuesday night at this location. It is a very warm, inviting, and comfortable environment! The instructor is accommodating to each individual participant and sensitive to the needs of all!
Facilities are terrific! Parking is excellent!!!
