Fido

After an initial rating of 1 star, I have changed my response to a 4 star. To make a very long story short, Fiona did a lot of work on her end speaking to her lead and regional managers etc to resolve our problem. It took many hours over several days but in the end Fiona came through even working on her day off to fix the problem.

The reason I did not give 5 stars is not a reflection of Fiona but rather of Fido itself with its extremely rigid and complicated policies. The company itself makes what should be a relatively simple process very difficult.

Great services and knowledgeable staff. The rep Fiona was very helpful and patient. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

Not the best place to receive service. Outrageous policies, and inaccurate answers. Not helpful when it comes to orders made over the phone.

You’re better off dealing with customer service over the phone if you would be making changes to your account or picking up a modem.

I would not recommend. Call them ahead of time to check for their inventory.

I would like to strongly recommend this location to everybody. All employees received proper training and provided great customer service, especially Fiona Hao. She knows how to treat customers. I feel I'm fully respected.
