Fairglen Junior Public School

I came to this school in November 2012 as a grade 2 student, and was a student here until March 2015. Although this school may be old, this school provided me, who was new to Canada, a place where I was happy and made friends.
I remember my amazing Grade 2 teacher, Ms. Rosanne Bibby, who is kind, charismatic, and encouraging. She put me inside an ESL program, where I was able to learn English quickly. She also helped me tremendously in making friends and learning to do the right things. She also shaped my character and made me become a more kind person. She was the least biased teacher I ever had - despite my challenges in language, she taught with great patience and did not get angry at my slow learning at the time. At the same time, I remember some good teachers as well, such as Mr. Gordon, who is a teacher who makes students want to learn, and Ms. Raptis, who is good-hearted and helpful. I also remember Heather and Dennis, who are two very kind and friendly women, making me cheerful after certain things that made me sad.
I remember the amazing students who helped me in this school, such as a boy called James and a girl called Janice. Janice is a kind person who helped me with English when I had trouble with it. James is a friendly guy who played basketball with me every day after school, and made me happy, having a friend in a completely new environment. I wish the best for both of them.
In conclusion, Fairglen has provided me with happy times and great learning. This is indeed a great school!
