  My husband and I have acquired a few vehicles here now. We deal with Sam Thapa and he is our go-to guy. He makes every transaction simple and quick, and it always goes without a hitch. It's always a pleasure and a great experience with every visit. We look forward to seeing him for our next purchase or lease. We have used service before for general maintenance. No issues with the vehicles. Service staff has been courteous in the past (I haven't bought anything in for the past little while, but when I used to, the service reception was very friendly and the same guy there remembered me)!

  I would like to thank Peter - salesperson who helped me to get my dream car @ my price. Great job and amazing sales person I would recommend . He understands your needs and acts upon it. I got my 2 cars from Peter. I would personally recommend Peter if any of you planning to get a Ford or Lincoln. East court is the best dealership for Ford. I got my Ford Fusion and Lincoln MKZ from this dealership with the guidance of Peter.

  I just bought a Fusion from East Court Ford. Very pleased with the purchase experience. It was quite straight forward. The sales person Sandra Chen was very helpful and knowledgeable. I tested drove a few vehicles before deciding on which one to purchase. I would recommend my friends if they are interested to get a Ford to try out this dealership and contact Sandra.

  Excellent Staffs make a successful Dealership. In particular, the service department has one of the best service manager around. Thomas Aquino is nothing short of excellent. Very knowledgeable, definitely honest guy, patient, and very friendly. He gives you time to explain what problems you have with your vehicle so that he can assess it properly. Thomas understands the need to get your vehicle fixed and he is helpful in trying to get this done in the shortest time possible. He will go to the Mechanic to ask how long it will take and will give you a straight answer so you can schedule your time properly. Congratulations in having him in your service department. Five stars are given for staff and dealership, but I tell you Mr. Thomas Aquino is more than a five star guy. Thank you Thomas for all the years in helping me resolve my car problems!

  Had a check engine light code related to the turbo of my 2014 Escape solved.
  
  Explanations we're given in understandable terms.
  
  Picked up the car the next day!
  
  Very knowledgeable, prompt and courteous.
