(November 26, 2020, 3:07 pm)I participated in Adam's 8 week mindfulness course called Dancing in the Rain and it was amazing! Adam is so knowledgeable in the area of mindfulness and was an incredible teacher. Each weeks session had a theme which built on the learnings of the week prior. The class structure was such that we had time for a lesson, a meditation and a personal reflection. This course was so valuable and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone wanting to learn more about mindfulness or anyone simply looking to recommit to their practice. Thank you Adam!

He follows the mantra of treating the individual that presents in front of him, whether they need one joint or muscle worked on or a more holistic full body approach. People just get better by being around his great energy.

Dr Adam Bledsoe is gifted at his craft, he goes above and beyond And offers wonderful treatments ( which have always given me relief)! I have been a client for several years and Dr. Bletsoe has been a life saver regarding pain management. He's not your typical practitioner either. Dr. Adam understands the mind body connection and is willing to give you tough love when you need it. I would give Dr. Adam a 15/10 if I could.

I can't tell you how instrumental Dr. Bletsoe has been in my family's healing process. His gentle yet very knowledgeable approach was very different than other chiropractors I have gone to. I trust him 100% in his care for me and my children and I cannot recommend him enough.
