(September 27, 2018, 4:42 pm)Great place to workout, for Women. The 30 minute circuit training is quick and efficient. The owner is kind and encouraging! The warm and well trained staff, are a direct reflection of the owner. Exercising with a positive group of regulars is a blast!! There are some scheduled classes as well. Very clean, price is good. I strongly recommend this location!
