(February 27, 2019, 7:31 pm)It’s not the best thing to drink after my workout but it was staring me in the face upon exiting Fit4Less inside the Golden Mile Plaza. I wanted/needed a coffee after looking outside at the snowstorm.
This small outlet is run by the owner from what I gather. It can be rather quiet one moment and then super busy the next so one can be frustrated by the lone employee if you’re waiting but in a rush. I feel for her as my background included Restaurant management.
The medium coffee for $1.75 hit the spot.
You can order other drinks such as smoothies, get a breakfast sandwich, or pick up a limited choice of bakery items (this is the only reason that a five star was not given).
There’s a limited number of tables/seats if you choose to relax like I did. -

(February 20, 2019, 1:40 am)This is my first time at this mall and when I bought lunch at this little kiosk, I didn't expect much. However, even though the lady at the counter was clearly over burdened, she was polite and the grilled roast beef sandwich was excellent. Her tip jar was empty at the time, which is a real shame, given that she is serving so many clients all by herself and with such a scant amount of doughnuts, etc. at her disposal. Kudos to this brave and strong woman who is holding down the fort on her own, and still manages to serve the clients so well.
