(October 1, 2017, 1:08 pm)Its a first experience when I walk into branch they setup all the couch in the middle and there is no Line for customer to start or proper guideline that Line Start here. When I reach the counter, associste asked me " Is this is your card" I replied absolutely. May be he is new or showing extra security measure.
