It has been amazing to do Sudarshan kriya on a weekly basis in the center amongst many people and it gives peace and calmness to my mind, body and soul. Coming regularly to the follow up will have a positive impact on your everyday life.

I would recommend everyone should do Art of Happiness course and enjoy beautiful breathing techniques including pranayam and deep meditation.
