  Avin has treated my daughter's ankle injury she sustained from competitive dance. Through a few manual manipulations, physio exercises and lazer treatments, my daughter's injuries healed amazingly fast and was able to compete in a matter of a few weeks. Avin is very thorough, friendly and an amazing therapist!

  He is really nice man having patience and understanding of clients. He help me out with my work place injury. I am still going to him.

  I've been living with vertigo for about a year and a half and I didn't get any answers as to treatment or help from anyone until I went to Active Stride Therapy. Avinnash Sookmangal is an amazing physiotherapist and was able to answer my questions and provide me with treatment. I would recommend Active Stride to anyone looking for a comfortable environment, excellent treatment, and a knowledgeable and kind physiotherapist.

  My visits have been exceptionally comfortable, with the professional care, convenient location and healing environment that I experienced at the Active Stride Therapy clinic. I have been able to get back to my regular activities, with the assurance that the clinic is available to meet my physiotherapy and massage health care needs.
