Faucet started leaking real bad so called the business owner and left a message.Much to my surprise Shafiq the BO returned my call, personally dealt with the problem and re installed another faucet. Please note even after almost after years he dealt with the problem without charging any fees whatsoever. Was so patient in dealing with the problem. Awesome service. Best customer experience .
