Customer service is good the guy opened the box to confirm that it did have the 6 rca ports that I am looking for even though I already did my research.
Btw if anybody is looking for a single din deck you gotta get the same model I did. it has a bluetooth app which gives you a very detailed equalizer and a lot more tuning options. Holy f my 5 channel sound system sounds amazing now!
