(July 2, 2020, 4:44 am)I went here to get my Kenmore machine serviced and they did a phenomenal job. I was mainly having issues with the stitch length being uneven as well as the machine making a bunch of clunky sounds. After everything was checked and tuned up, my machine sewed smoothly and evenly. Best of all, I was told it would take 1-2 weeks, and I got a call to pick it up in 4 days.
I've come here absolutely everything in the past. - Notions, fabric, parts for my machine, pattern drafting supplies, etc. The staff really knows their stuff and I am super impressed with how they are able to answer all my questions every time. It's the best place on Queen Street for beginner and expert sewers. (For a much greater selection of quilting cottons, I go to Affordable Textiles at the end of the block.)
The store is pretty jam packed with supplies, so you may have a hard time finding things at first, but luckily the ladies are somehow able to pinpoint where everything is.
