(July 26, 2020, 11:11 pm)Went to this location today, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We went in looking for a stroller Zack spent about half hour with my wife and I explaining pros and cons for each stroller and also showed us how to switch from bassinet, to car seat. Very happy,

(June 26, 2020, 3:28 pm)I had the pleasure of shopping here for my new baby who is due in 8 weeks. First off, this store has a wonderful selection of products and there were ample friendly faces to meet my questions with informed answers. As you can imagine, being my first child, i had many questions! There was one staff member who stood out to me as someone who was a pure delight to talk to. This staff member was Cecil.
I cannot stress how his interaction with myself has made me a lifelong client of this location. He was honest and knowledgeable but most of all you could tell how much he cares.
West Coast Kids, you truly have a wonderful ambassador for your store! -

(June 11, 2020, 9:53 pm)Every time we visit West coast kids we are welcomed by the wonderful staff. When we have product questions the staff are well informed and are able to answer any questions.
Just recently we had an issue with our stroller the manager Christina was amazing. She was so helpful and followed up with our situation to make sure we were satisfied. Christina was very warm and understanding, she was such a pleasure to deal with. This experience will be the reason we continue to recommend and shop at west coast kids. -

(December 31, 2017, 1:58 pm)Amazing staff, beautiful store!!! Got everything under one roof! Very knowledgeable staff on car seats, strollers and got great advice on items I would need for new baby being a first time mom.
This store continues to deliver great customer service. Jade, Renee, Christina are beyond amazing help and always give me great advice and help me find items I need for my son and gifts! When I need an item they are able to find it for me fast or recommend another.
Also my friends outside the country had no trouble buying gifts from my registry. They made it easy for me to pick up items when it was convenient or offer to ship. This is still my go to store since it has opened :) -

(November 29, 2017, 4:43 am)Decent size store, staff is really helpful. We had so many questions about strollers and were able to drive test some of the available models. Store open times are a bit limited unless you live nearby.
