Warby Parker

first time getting glasses, during a pandemic - not great. Trying on pairs and pairs of glasses is not what I wanted to do. Warby Parker - great.

Store was very safe. Didn't make an appointment (a recorded message tells you they don't accept appointments). So showed up, sanitized hands, was put on a waitlist, went for a walk, 20 minutes later got a text and went back.

I had no idea what glasses are suppose to feel or look like, so many choices, staff was very helpful, helped narrow the options, there was a space to remove mask temporarily to view the glasses without the mask (they fog otherwise!) I made a choice and done! didn't feel rushed and didn't take too long.

Glasses getting mailed to home address, they will adjust as needed.

Warby Parker was recommended from a friend, I would recommend it to everyone.

Had a great experience here. Joeley, who was really knowledgeable and friendly btw, helped me a find some new eyewear. The store was clean and bright and the prices were very reasonable.

Really nice range of glasses that all are fairly in style. I believe most styles are gender neutral which I like. Excellent prices too. I was very pleased with the customer service. Because all their glasses were on display I preferred to browse on my own with my partner until I found one I liked, which the sales associates respected. I went in on a very busy day but I still had a sales associate help me once I made my decision. I ended up going with the Townsends, which are one of the more expensive pairs at $225 (includes lenses and everything) but I just loved them, very delicate and subtle. It was only 3 days from when I went in to when I got the email that they were ready to be picked up which was a fast turn around, especially because it was so busy that day I ordered them. I
