We had an amazing experience working with Dr. Chang and his team. They were so informative and made us feel comfortable with what we would be going through with the IVF Process. Our doctor always made us feel hopeful and positive and his approach felt customized and well thought-out. I got pregnant with a beautiful baby boy and have only him to thank! He was always readily available with quick responses no matter what time I reached out to him or how I reached out (phone or email). My fertility journey felt like a partnership, I did not feel like a number or experiment.

The clinic is a well oiled machine. I never had to wait long and was always in and out for blood work and other tests. Support staff and nurses were always so friendly and warm. Oddly, going to the clinic felt very comfortable when it should be the last place to feel that way.
