My partner and I contacted the Toronto Realtors Team to help find a one bedroom, and we were put in touch with their agent Andreina Da Riva. She not only found us an incredible place well within our price range, but she personally went out of her way numerous times to make sure we were informed and well-represented. It was our first time using a realtor and we were very inexperienced and Andreina made the process seamless and accessible. What an amazing team!! Armando and Jennifer stand out as one of the best real estate agents that I have ever worked with…period! They work tirelessly to make it happen! Extremely patience and professionalism, the made sure all info was provided and understood all times, never a surprise. They “clearly” lay out a plan and strategy for your specific need. You know what is going on at all times (honestly, I don’t know how they do it…but they do!) The price was met, all my needs were met 100%.
