My main goals were to get stronger and more athletic while staying injury free. Theo's advice and programming did a wonderful job of keeping me healthy and I feel completely satisfied with the strength training he provided. Can't speak higher of his knowledge and professionalism. Give him a try, you won't regret it. -

I really enjoyed the workout sessions with Theo and always looked forward to them. Having trained with him for a couple of months, I learned a lot and highly recommend him to anyone looking to start their fitness journey.

He brings a vast knowledge base that is constantly expanding and adapting to every session, combined with an energy that inspires me to work harder than I ever thought possible.
I’ve been training with Theo for over a year, and have been blown away by what I already can do. I’m stronger than ever, have confidence in the gym, improved my nutrition, and actually begun to love working out; regardless of the time of day (or morning...). I am excited to move forward in my fitness journey, and look forward to continuing on with Theo.
