  We tried this place after a lot of our friends kept suggesting we come. The atmosphere was loud and the service wasn't the best. It was a busy night even with reservations. Maybe it was a bad night. We ordered shrimp and snow crabs. The snow crabs were good, the shrimp was over cooked and chewy. Plastic bags can't be the safest way to eat hot food.

  Good food. the snow crab is really good. Service was a little slow as it was really busy but overall pretty good !

  I was so excited to try this place out. I love seafood and when we went there there crayfish tasted very better. The lobster was extremely chewy. the only thing that was really good or at least good compared to the rest of the stuff was the snow crab legs. But their sauce is really good a little heavy but it's good. I don't know if it was just the one location where the crayfish was bitter I'm still going to give it one more try before I fully dismissed this place.

  Food was tasty. Service was reasonably fast. Decor was nice. This restaurant would be a fun place for a date or for the family. This is one of the larger locations for this chain. The daily combo is a good deal: $18 for one seafood choice, a side of corn or potato and a beer. The Captain’s Boil flavoring for the seafood is excellent. Portion sizes are small and the presentation isn’t great - the food literally arrives in a plastic bag and it’s finger food only, no utensils. Plastic gloves and a bib are provided to keep things less messy. Wheelchair accessible entrance and washroom.

I've only tasted the Captain's Boil which is a mix of the other 3 sauces so I can't speak to how good the others are but I would recommend doing the Captain's Boil. My table ended up ordering some shrimps, clams, and mussels.
