  Sorry for the late comment. I was settling in to my new home. Anyway, I am using my daughter's account to give my compliments to the Customer Service lady who helped. She's east African and I'm not sure what her name was. I am a new immigrant to this wonderful country and used the Brick to help me furnish my new home for the great deals. Everything was fine except for the delivery. I missed the delivery unfortunately due to strict times at the shelter. I am also a disabled woman. I had told the lady Sales man that I can only do 11 to 1 PM. I was told ok but then the delivery happened 330 at the new home. I missed everything. I was so upset and I went to the store with my translator (my daughter is doing this one for ). The east African lady at the Customer Service desk was so nice and gave me excellent service. She was able to arrange for the delivery I needed. I was in almost tears because I didn't have anything and needed to leave the shelter by the end of the week. She didn't charge me extra as I had no money left. I love my couch and bedroom set. I will definitely come back. She needs to be a Sales person that lady! She took care of me. Thank you!!!

  Chrisanthus was very helpful in find the right mattress and finally securing me a good deal for one already on clearance.

  I bought a sofa from the brick and unfortunately it had to be returned 3 separate times all due to damage. Frustrated that the customer service line was not at all helpful, I drove to The Brick (Geary St.) and was immediately helped by the manager, Roger. He listened to my concerns, understood the frustration and called upon his sales associate, Emir to help me choose another sofa. Emir and Roger were outstanding with their customer service skills. I left feeling very satisfied with the outcome and the issue resolved.
  Thank you Emir and Roger for taking the time to help me out and rectify the matter.

  So happy with our couch, walked up and it was on sale. Amazing. The customer services needs a boost though, staff weren't paying much attention to us on the floor .. had to find someone on the opposite side of the upper store, only to have the computers crash ... interesting experience yet the couch still fabulous.
