Me being 14 and having gone in the middle of COVID-19, I have nothing but good things to say about this hospital. I went straight into emergency care and got a nurse only after waiting for about 5 minutes. After the nurse gave me some medication and checked my vital signs she left, after waiting for about half an hour the doctor comes in and starts diagnosing me. All the staff that I encountered were amazing and super friendly. I really appreciated the paper slip that we go telling us "If you get these symptoms, come back to the hospital.

Overall I have nothing bad to say about this hospital, and will be donating money whenever I get the chance.

Hands down, the nicest hospital I've ever been to in Canada. I feel like all other hospitals can learn so much from Sick Kids. Bedside manner: On point. Volunteers visiting, and keeping kids entertained. How quick service is. How you're taken seriously and not treated like you're wasting the staff's time. Just... There's not even any words. I'm so proud to know such a foundation exists in Toronto. My family has spent a lot of time in hospitals over the years. I wish they got the same level of care and respect that Sick Kids gives. Kudos to all the staff. All the way to the cleaning crew. Everyone is just soooooo pleasant. World class team. ???

I was an out-patient or Sick Kids for years during my childhood and lived my visits there our any other doctor or hospital trip I took. The hospital has a little bit of colour and feels less sterile than most which makes it a more comforting place.
I used to go to the bunny wing (I think they’ve gotten rid of the animal markers since). I enjoyed my trips with mum, eating at the food court, shopping in their Main Street shop, and then visiting my favourite doctor. The staff was always friendly and they put us at ease. There’s a great health food shop here now too.
My only wish was that more hospitals felt as comforting as Sick Kids makes you feel as a kid.

One of the world's best children's hospital. Security at information is a little lacking with lots of attitude. We were there Dec 7, 2018, late evening. Two security "guys" on duty sitting at the information desk was busy in a discussion. Boys, if you don't want to be interrupted and in an actual meeting perhaps you should find a room. I've been donating to this hospital as a monthly contributor for decades and was one of the few times I was there and was not particular please with their attitudes. The lady security guard was totally opposite and very pleasant as I later passed by.
