(January 19, 2019, 12:11 am)If you live or work near by it’s an amazing place for you to visit! I’m a big fan of saunas. And this place has a machine (POD) which simulate a sauna!) You lay down in the POD, feel big heat but enjoy it!! When you come out of the POD you are realized you sweated a lot!!) I believe i lose weight too;-)

(December 6, 2018, 3:08 pm)I love the EMS and the PODS they have and I’ve been coming here for three months! The 30 mins EMS training make you feel like 2 hours workout in a gym!!!! Also, the pod is extremely relaxing and it releases your stress!!!!! Definitely recommend this place!

(November 2, 2018, 5:11 pm)I've been a regular client at this studio since last November and had great experience every time. I could clearly see the difference in my body's size and strength after a month!!!
The trainers are really helpful and make sure I've used all of my muscles within 1-on-1 30 minute-workout. They also monitor my body's measurements/goals regularly to adjust for different trainings.
Would definitely continue using the services here!! :) -
