  These folks are gems! I had a large Herschel backpack with a right-side shoulder strap that was busted. Brought it in to get a quote, and they mentioned that both straps could be replaced in approximately two weeks. Within 6 calendar days, they called me for pickup, repaired both straps and reinforced the back cushion for under $20 in total! The quality of workmanship and detail was top-notch, and their high dedication to customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend this shop for all your repair needs - you'd be hard pressed to find a more versatile and dedicated group of people.

  I brought in a motorcycle jacket to have the zipper replaced. I was told they will be closing for vacation and it will be done after the re-open. I wasn't in any rush, and when it was done they called me and I picked it up. The zipper quality was much higher than the original zipper, the workmanship was outstanding and the price was very reasonable. If it wasn't for this great service, my jacket would have been thrown out. Very highly recommended.

  Great shop! The staff are all really pleasant and helpful. This is not just a repair shop, they sell new special rigging equipment whether you're a beginner climber or high angle rescuer, this place is worth checking out. Don't be mistaken by the size, they have a lot of technical gear and are willing to take the time to assist. The repair portion ofvthe business is really busy because they are obviously good at what they do, so don't be surprised if you have to wait a few days for repairs.
