The firm was efficient and calmly took in stride all the issues other professionals had had difficulty coping with. Even the 11th hour incompetence of the purchaser's bank, Alterna Savings, was dealt with calmly and professionally. Julie and Cheryl were 2 bright spots in an otherwise fraught transaction. The new focus, in addition to highly competent legal services, is based on customer service, by being easy to do business with. For most of us dealing with life's changes can be daunting. Julie and her staff recently helped with a real estate issue, and this in turn led to changes in my estate planning, and my Will/Power of Attorneys. Julie coordinated all of these steps with me in such a professional manner and in a way that helped me feel confident and very comfortable with the decisions that had to be made. I would 'highly' recommend Julie and her team to help you through life's ever changing phases.
