  I love 'Simple Cures'; it is a true healing place of the Beach neighborhood. I tried three different practitioners, all terrific. Osteopath Steve, Jessica, the acupuncture and the massage therapist.All wonderful, knowledgeable,professional, caring and always accommodating even if booked full. Strongly advise to try.

  I came to see Richard almost a year ago, due to some swallowing difficulties that had been aggravating for several months. He cured this issue in a few acupuncture sessions, as well as the chronic dry cough, sore throat and chest pain that had been tormenting me each winter, and for which I had unsuccessfully tried all possible remedies, from allopathic to natural ones. After so many failed treatments, I had resigned myself to the idea of having a few miserable months during every cold season, but last winter was the first one without a sore throat.
  
  Since then, Richard’s treatments have constantly supported me through several exhausting months, and his incredible healing energy has determined me to incorporate acupuncture as a healing routine in my life.
  
  As a patient, I have always been reluctant to fear-based approaches of health (“keep doing this, and in five years your health will be in shambles”). However, Richard has truly inspired me to be more conscious about my well being, thanks to his kind and compassionate nature.
  
  I am extremely grateful to Richard and I cannot recommend him enough.

  Steve said, "The pain should be gone now, try walking," and my son got up and walked pain free.
  
  Over the course of several years I brought my son to the Pediatrician. My child was suffering with severe leg pain. His heart was hurting him and he had limited strength especially in his hands. This usually occurred after he participated in his regular high intensity sports. The pain was so excruciating that my son would be physically unable to walk, and would sometimes have to use crutches. We went to 2 major hospitals in the city, they could not diagnosis the problem, said that my son was healthy and that perhaps he was making up the problem. I did not agree.
  
  My good friend referred me to Steve (Shiran Li), the Osteopath. After Steve examined my child he was able to immediately identify the problem. With this newfound information we can now deal with it and take the necessary steps to keep my son healthy and pain free.
  
  While it is always advisable to seek medical assistance from a pediatrician/family doctor, sometimes one has to explore other options.
  
  I have recommended Steve's services to numerous family members, friends and acquaintances and will continue to do so.

  I can't recommend this clinic enough! I've come here for osteopathy and acupuncture, both of which were very effective. Don't hesitate to book an appointment here if you are in any pain or dealing with health issues or simply want to relax!
