Work takes really long to complete
Roaches come through the vent (old building)
Gym is closed
Pool is closed
Surrounded by shelters, so the homeless do bother you
Underground parking entrance and exit is tight (I got a dent in my vehicle this way)

A little frustration, but I was significantly happy with the end results.

It's a kitchen repair which is essential, I've made a maintenance request back in August 11, 2020.

Today's date is October 17, 2020.
They have completed the repairs and I'm very happy with it.

It took 3 months and a week to replace my countertop and sink but the building managers were very professional and kind about it.

I bought an undermount sink hoping to get it installed but couldn't because the unit has laminated countertops however the building managers still did their best and got the sink installed as a top mount.

This building is not good area many shelters and housing apartments around there and really not safe with mental illness, drugy people...
