I loved the experience at Seventh Generation!!. The staff is amazing and they really care about your wellbeing. Susan at the front desk is always with a smile for you and midwives Rocio, Kimberly and Amanda are unbelievable! So kind and their service and involvement were beyond expectations!! Highly recommended!!!!

I had Natalie as my main midwife throughout my pregnancy. I must say, I couldn't have asked for a better midwife. She is very caring and every suggestions she gave were for the best of my wellbeing and they were very well explained. My husband and I were very pleased with Natalie. During my labour, she went above and beyond to accommodate me. If you're still not sure about having a midwife, Natalie will be the best decision you made.

I had a great experience with the midwifes at this clinic. I recently gave birth to my first child with the care and support of two midwives from Seventh Generation and would recommend them in a heartbeat. I found the midwives to be extremely knowledgeable, supportive, and compassionate. They are all about information. They will provide you with everything you need to know so that you can make your own informed decisions. I was never afraid to ask a question, and never felt judged or pressured in any way. I can’t imagine 9 months without the care and support the midwives provide (...from what I’ve heard the OB journey is nothing like this).
    Definitely recommend.

My experience with the midwives has been very good. They are professional and have good medical knowledge and take the time to make sure you are cared for, not just the baby but the mom too; asking questions about how you are feeling and how you are handling being a mom after delivery and taking plenty of time for questions before and after baby is born.

I switched from an ob late in my pregnancy and glad I did. My delivery was in the hospital and was very medical but I always had at least one of my midwives there the entire time supporting me and making sure I was ok.

My only negative comment is that on more than one occasion there was a mix up with my appointment times. I was offered a cancelled appointment but got double booked and had to wait for over an hour in the hot waiting area. The second time I had my newborn with me and I even called ahead to confirm the appointment time and still ended up waiting 50 minutes. Also, the receptionist was not accommodating to switching my appointment when I couldn't come in at the 2 week post partum appointment but when I called my midwife and asked she got me another appointment no problem. The receptionist doesn't seem well organized and is pretty cold in comparison to the midwives who are great. I believe there is more than one receptionist there and it is just the one I've mainly been dealing with who I wasn't fond of.

I would give them 10 out of 5 stars if I could. The midwives are beyond amazing. Very knowledgeable and friendly. They made my pregnancy an amazing experience and always helped me to make informed decisions. Labour was amazing; they were not only extremely knowledgeable medical professionals, but they also provided amazing support and encouragement to get me through my drug free labour. The 6 week post parting period was also amazing - they were always available. I would have never gotten this experience with my OB/GYN. I will definitely be back for my next pregnancy!
