  I worked with Mark Lauriola from Schwarz Law LLP for my first purchase of a home and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Mark made the transaction as smooth as possible with the aim of closing the deal on the closing date. He told me from the beginning he would make the transaction as easy as possible and guide me every step of the way and this was true. Any issue that may have arisen or any question I had was immediately taken care of and answered, respectively.   Yes, from the 1st time I met you back in 2012 when you paired us up with Eric in order to setup our business LEC Corporation for our very 1st ever and only Haïtian Bakery-Restaurant of Toronto, up until today!
  
  We feel blessed and absolutely grateful for all the hard work and devotion you've demonstrated to us in order to finally get this mortgage done with Mukesh, IC and Tribecca and finally accomplish the closing of our new house.‎ I also want to say thank you to the receptionists, Ilona, Monette, Kimberly and for accommodating the communication between you and us through this long beautiful journey.
